Ride Sun Metro for Free on Thanksgiving Day as part of Customer Appreciation Day

El Paso, Texas – Sun Metro will recognize its passengers by providing free rides on Thanksgiving Day, November 24, 2016, as part of Customer Appreciation Day.
Sun Metro customers, including those who ride the LIFT and utilize Sun Metro’s paratransit services, may ride any bus all day for free on Thanksgiving Day. Williams Convention Center in downtown.
“We want to express gratitude to our loyal passengers who have helped us become an award-winning system and Thanksgiving Day is an ideal opportunity to get on board to experience the progress first hand,” said Sun Metro Director Jay Banasiak. “We also would like to invite new, first-time passengers to try out El Paso’s public transit system which is constantly looking at ways to improve.”
All bus routes will run on a Sunday/Holiday schedule on Nov. 24th in observation of Thanksgiving Day. The Brio route will NOT be in service. Sun Metro’s customer service line will be available from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
