Currently, Sun Metro does not offer bus wrap advertising or advertising on its shelters.

Internal Bus Displays

If you are a non-profit (must provide 501(c)) and are interested in placing an ad inside our buses for free, please consider the following guidelines:

Process Overview

1. Follow the poster specifications listed below to design your ad (feel free to download the available templates to help set up your artwork). See our Content Guidelines below.
2. Send a PDF of your artwork to [email protected]
3. Once approved, print 167 posters (using your preferred printing service) and send them to the Transit Operations Center for placement (see address and further details below)
4. Placement is on a first come, first served basis. While we typically have plenty of space, we cannot guarantee ad placement during the requested time. We'll do our best to let you know if this occurs.

Poster Specifications:

Landscape orientation: 17” x 11” (Tabloid) or 24” x 11”
Live area: 15.5" x 10" or 23” x 10” (margins: 1/2" top + bottom; 3/4" sides)
Paper:Cardstock (100lb cover or heavier; can be any finish you choose). NOTE: If you laminate the cards, please make sure the lamination is cut to the final sizes listed above.
Quantity: 167

Include instructions for date of removal in the lower right corner of the live area. This date should either be the date of the event (if applicable) or a date three (3) months from the date of printing.

Content Guidelines

Our content guidelines are pretty simple:

• Must advertise non-profit entity or event (proof of 501(c) is required)
• Must not contain objectionable material (at our discretion)
• Sun Metro reserves the right to refuse placement of ad if we deem the material unfit (we’ll let you know before you print them.)
